Jorge is great! He installed a shut off valve and a faucet for us on our property that we are getting ready to build on. He is a great communicator, a knowledgeable and hard worker. He did a really nice job! Highly recommend him for all of your plumbing needs!

Jorge & Richard came to our rescue in Lowe's, Surf City. My toilet tank cracked and we were shopping for a new toilet. By a miracle, I saw these two fellows in their blue plumbing shirts. Something told me these were two hardworking, trustworthy men. I stopped them and within a few hours they brought the toilet we purchased to our home and installed it. We are very grateful. Highly recommend them.

Jorge is amazing! I have used NC Plumbing Solutions,LLC 3 times now & couldn't be more pleased. He installed a new kitchen sink, replaced all the sink faucets in the house and most recently took care of a whole house drain clog. He is responsive, knowledgeable, detailed and reasonable. Original estimate from roto rooter was 3x as much as what Jorge charged me. I contacted him yesterday and he came out this morning. He installed plumbing for two sinks and installed my dishwasher. Quick service and very reasonably priced. He was professional and done quickly. Don’t get taken advantage of. Go with this business.

What we thought was an absolute nightmare and the worst days of our lives, turned out to be a blessing once contacting Mr. Lacroix with North Carolina Plumbing Solutions. We were experiencing several plumbing issues, and couldn’t locate a plumber that was sympathetic to our needs, and willing to respond instantly. After contacting several other companies in the area with no luck, we were blessed to have found North Carolina Plumbing Solutions. Mr. Lacroix came out in less than 2 hours, and addressed all issues in a timely manner, with extreme professionalism, and for a phenomenal rate. We are extremely happy with the service provided, and will only utilize this company for any and all of our future plumbing needs.

From the 1st form I filled out to the repair on July 4th was 3 hours to install a new water heater. Could not ask for anything better and cannot think of all the good things I want to say about Jorge. Fabulous!!!

The company was fabulous getting me scheduled to come out for a quote. I made sure they serviced my area, they said yes and got them booked. I made them aware of a detour on my street. They texted saying they were headed my way. They had me wait over an hour then texted and said they ran into construction and they we're not coming. Not only did I get stood up but they lied about miscommunicating. I will not be using this company for work I need done.
